Hi and thanks for looking!!! Up for sale is a 1984 Toyota Land Cruise, the famous Fj60.. This is a very nice and clean truck thats ready to go cross country.. its been a California truck all its life and its been driven by a single gentleman since new..comes with the original title.. and comes with the original blue lic plates..
The exterior looks very nice and clean.. if you look close you might find a parking ding or two.. no major damages.. bumpers and moldings are all intact, all glasses are in good shape, all lights work in order, wheels are in good shape, tires have 50% life remaining. has a full size spare tire.. the underbelly is clean with no damages or rust.. never been off road.. overall its a very original looking truck and its very presentable that gets thumbs up everywhere it goes..
The interior is all original and surprisingly in good shape for its age.. drivers seat side bolster has a torn spo, and the drivers side carpet has a worn (torn) spo, the rest of the seats and carpets are fine, door panels are good, headliner is good and intact, has 2 minor imperfections.. dash is in good shape except for a minor crack near the speaker.. still bears its original factory working radio ( very rare) all the gauges work in order..A/C blows ice cold air.. front and rear heaters work fine.. all manual door locks and manual windows work in order.. non smoker owner.. no pet, no odors.. the cargo area shows little use and the carpet is intact.. overall the interior is in good shape and it has not been cleaned or detailed yet.. it was left original for the buyer to know exactly what they're getting.. a detail will bring out the shine and look even better..
Mechanically its in good shape.. it starts every time and it runs and drives great..manual Choke works fine, Motor runs very quie, does not smoke or shake..recent major tune up and engine work was completed.. complete valve job was performed, head out resurfaced, rebuilt and replaced with new head gasket, seals and freeze plugs.. new valve cover gasket, new water pump, new radiator, new thermostat, completely rebuilt carburetor by a reputable shop in Los Angeles.. new clutch master and slave cylinde, new cooling line, new spark plugs, new exhaust manifold gasket, and more..The cruiser drives nice at all speeds.. its got good power and its very solid..the manual 4 speed transmission is very tight and shifts into gears with no issues.. the 4x4 engages fine and works well.. has manual front locking hubs.. the suspension feels tight and the brakes are in good shape with no pulling or shaking.. its a very basic truck and its very reliable.. its a Classic Toyota.. built to last..This truck will definitely make its new owner proud for many years.. and its a great investment considering the prices are jumping higher every year for a low mile clean example such as this one.. its a great grocery getter or a weekender with lots of character..
