1983 Toyota Landcruiser Land Cruiser BJ45 BJ 45 FJ 40 Diesel Troopy Troopie

Third time is a charm. I needed to list the actual VIN so here it is- BJ45003184. I listed all ZEROs in the ebay form because it doesn't meet the standard 18 digit VIN requirement. VIN is inscribed on the front right outer frame. I'll send you a pic if you want to see it.

I only ended this auction to add additional photographs of the undercarriage. Wasn't aware I can only have a total of 24 photos (come on Ebay!!) so you only see the one additional photograph. I have 17 more I planned to upload so please send me a note and I'll send them your way so you can see the underside. Some African dirt under there, not a lot of rust. Previous owner applied a protectant of some sort and it has done a good job. I've owned a few FJ and BJ 40s/45s and this is BY FAR in the best condition. Vehicle is currently driveable and registered in the State of Georgia. I don't believe this has been lifted. The others I saw in Africa appeared the same with respect to the height of the vehicle. As you see it in the photographs is how I purchased it.

Here you go, not going to find one like this again anytime soon. BJ 45 Troopie, extended sedan Toyota Land Cruiser, Right-Side Drive, Diesel. Manual transmission 4-speed. Drum Brakes. This was imported from Africa. It has the 3B Diesel 4-cylinder motor and runs great. New water pump.Selling as is, no warranties. 4-Wheel drive works without issue. Rear seating with double fold-up bench seating on both sides. Does not have automatic steering. No AC (just rolled down windows 😊). Mileage is listed in km- 251,018km.

I purchased this vehicle painted from previous owner, as well as upholstery work. It has a couple minor rust issues but is in very good condition compared to other old Land Cruiser's you'll find. This vehicle was meticulously cared for by a professional driver for over 10 years. It will be very difficult to find another one in this good of condition. While not in the photographs. I have some of the emblems that are missing. Window rollers disappeared during the import process but are easy to replace.

Don't be worried about the right-side drive. You'll get used to this quick! It's really not that big of a deal in my opinion. Driving on the other side of the road in the opposite direction is where it gets complicated.

A perfect vehicle to restore and keep as a one-of-a-kind classic or restore and resell for serious $$$. The black protective flooring material was in the vehicle when I purchased it and is there to protect, not to hide anything. I've taken pictures of the floor with the black mat lifted up so you can see. I can take a video of the motor running and upload to YouTube or send it to you if you like, just let me know. Purchaser covers all shipping costs. I'll load it up if you send the truck.
