The Bad News:
A freeze plug failed lost water quick without knowing and car ran hot. Freeze plug was replaced by a Toyota mechanic.
The head needs to be removed and gasket replaced at minimum. I would have the head cleaned and checked since it will be off. It did not run hot long at all about 200 yards but it's better to be safe than sorry.
I cleaned up and spot primed then sprayed plasti dip on it. It looked great 3 years ago. But now is faded and peeling off a bit. The roof and hood are thin enough to sand our use the dissolver and a pressure washer. Hell, I would do that all over the car to make it easier.
I choose those damn green accents.
I also gutted the inside cleaned and prepped and painted the interior. That now is flaking a bit on the doors and fading in other areas.
Finally, it does have a Japanese made header on it, it had a star emblem and some marking but I don't know the brand. We can remove header wrap if needed. I started the process of removing parts to remove head. I have all the parts and bolts bagged up. I also have a box of original equipment, some gaskets, cam, and other parts. I also have the manuals.
