1988 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ62
Strong running naturally aspirated Chevy (350 c.i.) V8, smooth shifting TH350 mated to a stock Land Cruiser transfer-case from Advanced Adapters. Will cruise highway speeds all day, A/C blows cold and 4-wheel drive works great. Motor swap done by a local 4x4 outfit, will include all major receipts from conversion, paint and preventive maintenance including OEM book and dealer registration. Daily driver with currently 115,xxx miles on chassis.
Recent work: HEI Distributor, Holley carburetor, water pump, belt tensioner, fuel pump, HD starter, Edelbrock intake, Stainless headers to 3" exhaust and Thrush "Hush" muffler has nice throaty but manageable sound, front & rear end axles rebuilt, including front & rear brakes. Some small cosmetic flaws from age, dash has cracks - RPM gauge off & fuel gauge doesn't read true (sender replaced). AGM Red Top battery. Vehicle is wired for sound but has no receiver. Updated MAF headliner, upholstery in decent condition for age, some tears forming in drivers seat, rear tailgate carpet non-oem. This truck was loved by it's previous owners, looking to sell to someone who will keep her running well for years to come.
All around the most comfortable Land Cruiser I've owned & fastest FJ62 I've ever been in.
