This is the RARE 1987 Toyota Supra TURBO dark blue model! with the RARE dark blue leather seats! These are impossible to find let alone in this kind of condition! And then with this low of miles! ONLY 31,896 original miles. Original paint, original interior. Also this is the more sought after, and harder to find, coupe model NOT the targa top models that were know for being unstable and not as strong and sturdy as the solid coupe model. This is a FAST luxury sports car that drives like its new and is so quite even at high speeds! This car handles and rides out like a dream and has the independent suspension system WITH the factory adjustable TEMS tuned suspension option. This car runs and operates perfectly! AC Blows ice cold and heater works great! and the beautiful original alloy wheels!
As you can see from the detailed pictures this one is in GORGEOUS Condition. Over 60 detailed pictures, even the original sticker price of $25,567.00 and an original brochure I even had (not sure if I can find it still) the original salesmen business card. This car has been really taken care of! the last one of this same year and model I have even seen was with twice the milage and it sold on ebay for over $20,000
Things worth mentioning: There are some very minor small scuffs and scratches. Also the stereo works great but the speakers crackle. All lights, switches and windows function as they should. I had my family mechanic go over the whole car and he said its in excellent all original condition. I was told that the original owner put on a higher quality clutch lever but not the clutch its self. Brakes, tires, clutch are in good condition. The exhaust is all original but sometimes makes a vibrating noise/rattle. There is some minor oil leaking around the valve cover. (NOT the head gasket) My mechanic said the car has never been messed with or had a tune up and because the car runs perfect and so strong and is all original he strongly suggested that I leave it as it is because a collector will want to buy this as all original and not messed with and do a tune up themselves.. I am the 3rd owner and the second owner told me he bought it off the original owner just a few years after it was new and that he kept it stored in the winter and very rarely drove the car. This is such a nice strong and beautiful professional sports! I have grown very attached to this car but have recently moved to NYC and no longer need a car and its time to go to a collector! The car is being stored in-doors in Wisconsin at my fathers house. The ca rwill need to be picked up there.

"Little History on the Toyota M Engine and Supra lineage. This the first year that Toyota put the Turbo on the M Series engine, very sought after. Configurations of the M series engine, date back all the way to 1965. Toyota's first really special world class super car, was the 1967-70 Toyota 2000GT, which was a very powerful straight 6 engine, called the 2M.The prototype car started in 1965. Carroll Shelby actuallybuilt 2- 1968 2000GT's for SCCA racing. They only built 351 one of these 2000GT's. The Toyota Supra, is a direct continuation of these cars. The original Supra, was built off the Celica Mark 1. In 1986, Toyota changed the name to Supra, and the 7M-GE 3.0 engine arrived at this time. For 1987, Toyotadecided to do something very special to these cars, this Option was long awaited for, the7M-GTE Turbo. They wanted tocompete with some ofthe legends of the 80's like the Corvette, Porsche, RX7 Turbo, Mustang GT/Saleen. These cars are very special, very hard to find. They put out 230HP, 30 more HP then the base 3.0 engine 7M-GE. I grew upfallingin love with cars in the 80's when I was inhigh school, one of my best friends mom, traded in her 86Supra, for the new87 Supra Turbo, whenI saw it at their house the day afterthey brought it home, I was just in awe, what a beautiful car, and the test ride, can't believethey let me rid in the passenger seat, it was a 16 year old dream, what an amazing car. Iobviously buy and sell classics for a living, but I buy and my memories, the cars I wish I could have back in the day, and this is one of those cars."
