Welcome to Land Cruiser (not-so) Anonymous. My name is Eric and I'm a Land Cruiser addict. I've lost count of how many I have owned over the years and I can't stop searching for exceptional and interesting examples.Unfortunately I can't keep them all.1978 FJ40 with a recent body-off nut and bolt restoration originally from Bogota, Colombia. Most of the South American 40's are 3-Speed but this one has been upgraded with the highly desirable H55 5-Speed and power steering. Most SA trucks also are paintedwith a single stage re-spray but this one is much nicer with a base coat/clear coat paint job. BFGoodrich 33x10.50r15 Mud Terrain T/A KM2 tires mounted onpowder-coated factory steel wheels. 2.5" suspension lift. OEM Reproduction Soft Top and Bows. Runs and drives great. Everything works except the the e-brake since the factory parking brake cable isn't compatible with the H55 transmission.
