Description
This is a 1KZ-TE 3.0 liter Turbo diesel conversion from a Japanese 1996 4runner/surf. The front clip was imported to Phoenix AZ, nd all of the electronics, ngine, rans and transfer case were installed with dual yellow top batteries. The A/C blows ice cold The conversion was professionally done by a Toyota dealer mechanic. Interior is new, nd body is really nice. It has 16" late model 4runner rims with Goodyear MTR's. The 4runner has a 1" body lift and new bushings in the front end. This thing has double the horsepower and 4 times the torque of the stock engine and gets better mileage. The diesel had 100,000 miles when swapped and it has had about 15,000 since the swap. It also has a locker in the rear.The paint looks original with the stripes faded but the body is nice.The drive train cost $5000.00 shipped. The 4runner drives very nice.
