1981 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40. Full frame-up restoration including a completely new rear tub.Hello and thank you for looking at this beautiful example of a show-room condition FJ40. It really is stunning and in excellent condition. There really is too much to list that went in to this restoration. I think the biggest component and best selling points are that it's a 1981 (a very rare year) and that I replaced the entire rear tub.Body Process: The entire Land Cruiser was broken down into pieces and sent to the sand blaster. Then all pieces were sanded, tched, rimed, ealed and sent to a professional body shop in Salt Lake City. The parts were professionally painted in Toyota T-309 paint.Drivetrain: The drivetrain is perfect. Tons of power. Excellent compression in all 6-cyl's. Transmission is the 4-speed Toyota and the T-Case is stock. Tires (BFG 33x12.50 15 MT) and rims are brand new with less than 50 miles on them. The entire exhaust system (cat and muffler) are brand new.Interior: The interior has been hippo lined. This ISN'T the cheap liner you spray on with a can. It's rubberized and the color mixture goes in with the liner - not painted afterwards. It's durable, aterproof & rustproof. Front seats were professionally upholstered. Rear jumps are original as are the seat belts and front mat. Dash has a cap from SOR. Headliner is SOR. All doors & windows are bulletproof and completely operational. All new weatherstripping throughout. New emblems, nd hundreds of new parts. All hardware is new and STAINLESS STEEL. Electrical: All dials and gauges 100% operational. All signals, tops, urn, azard, nd lights 100%.She stops on a dime. She turns sharp. Fires up at the turn of a key and runs like a swiss watch. NO weird noises, unny squeaks, r thumps.*Does not have AC or Power Steering - and does NOT need it. Steering is tight and turns easily. All SMOG equipment is in the vehicle (for you CA buyers).Conditions Of The Sale:I require $1000 down via cashiers check or wire transfer within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Once I receive the deposit I will overnight the title to you. After you receive the clean and clear title you have 3 days to send final payment in the same forms as listed above. Serious bidders only! I've encountered bidders that win the auction and then suddenly don't have the money. This isn't a game. The vehicle is sold As-is. I reserve the right to end the auction early for any reason.Questions:Please call or text Dan at 801-556-9399.Thank you and good luck!
