WE Market our vehicles I think BETTER then anyone else's on ebay. The most HONEST PICS available and description. Ive seen other sellers adsand pics, nd I find it hard to believe people even bid on some cars .UP FOR AUCTION: this is what we know about the car below. This car was last registered and driven in AUG of 1992 and parked in a carporthere in Tucson. Its been in Tucson its whole life.I hooked up a small electric fuel pump to a clean gas source under the hoodinstalled a good battery, ranked it a few times and it started right up. Thewater pump was locked up so for we cut the belt off for now. After I knew themotor was okay, put on a decent set of used Michelin tires. Then I drovearound the block a few times since. The motor and trans feel and sound okayas the odometer only shows 91xxx miles on the odometer. Brakes feel goodtoo. To make the car road worthy its going to need to drain whatever may be stillin the gas tank from 95, nd cleaned out. For all I know it may be empty, idntcheck it yet. It will need a carb kit (it wont idle on its own most of the time, uelfilter, aybe a mild tune up, uel and water pump and belt. Once that is doneI expect it could be a great daily driver. MORE INFO BELOW
DRIVETRAIN:the original straight 6 engine does run well and the automatic transfeels good. Brakes feel good too and tires are decent. Rebuild the factorycarb too, did see some small leaks around the bowl too, aybe the floatwas sticking once in a while and overflowed, ot sure. These cars can do a 1JZ swap with alot of ease these days or keepit as a Survivor and keep it totally original as well.Replace the parts mentioned above, nd you should have a fun unrestoredToyota wagon to drive around.
INTERIOR:the original black interior shows okay for its age.. most of the carpet was pulled upyrs ago, nd floors are totally rust free inside and out. Dash has a few cracks, eatsarent in too bad of shape up front. Rear fold down back seat works well, he carpeton top is pretty faded. Rest of the interior needs some cleaning and restoration toojust depends on how nice of a daily driver you want. Car does have a rare RearWindow Defroster. Still in the dash it the factory radio (speaker toast)Driver Front Door GLASS WINDOW is MISSING / Gone..... rest of the glass looks to be okay .
EXTERIOR: the car wears 70% of its original Pluto Beige paint, ut I can seewhere its had some repaint done on the drivers side. Looks like the rear quarterpanel, art of the hatch where it wraps around on the dr side has been repaintedprobably many years ago. Dont know if any body work was done on that area orif it was just paint blending, ut its more obvious in person. When we got the carthe whole car was pretty faded and dull. We had it wet sanded and buffed frontto back. The old enamel paint came back really nice for how old it is. It shinespretty nicely now. Chrome on the bumpers looks amazing too. Ft grill is in greatshape too. Original hubcaps are in nice shape too.BEING AN AZ CAR, COULD SEE NO TRACE OF ANY RUST OR RUST REPAIRS.This is what we call a TYPICAL ARIZONA DESERT CAR !! / Survivor car
SUSPENSION: basically bone stock suspension thats been taken careof over the years. It drives and handles great !, .and fun to cruise around in. These cars have a verysimple and basic suspension, o very few parts tend to wear out front or rear, ut ifit does need anything, t wont be that expensive to fix in the future. I cant say I honestlyknow that it needs anything here right away.Tucked up under the rear bumper is the original spare tire set up all in tact.
Check out ALL the pics below ----->If you see other auctions are not showing areas under their cars, who really knows what sort of shape its in. Dont find outthe hard and $$ way.
