Up for bid is a 1986 Subaru GL wagon, base model, not a Brat. Has manual steering, power brakes and A/C. Engine runs but needs carb replaced, I was told that the only way it will run properly is with a different carb, and maybe some new vacuum lines. The worst rust is on the sides, but the pan is actually pretty clean. Originally purchased in Idaho, ended up in Indianapolis, and then I got it. Needs a windshield. Other than the front door panels being a little deteriorated on the top, the interior is in excellent shape for being almost 33 years old. I've replaced numerous parts including both trailing arms and the clutch. It has a brand new exhaust on it with less than 15 miles. I have all receipts totaling close to $3,000.00, if not more. The body is very saveable, although the bumper covers need to be reattached. and the wheels can either be blasted and coated or replaced. I have some stock ones, but I think there's only two. And a box of extra parts. There are ones that are cleaner than this one, but they all seem to be on the west coast.
