Hey! I got a 1982 Subura Gl. 5 door hatchback. Around 160k miles. 3rd owner. The car is adorable and a really fun drive. It is OBO. Smogged, Registered.
Pros:
-Clean. 7-8/10 exterior
-6-7/10 interior
-JBl speakers in back wired. Front speakers work as well.
- All Buttons, lights, etc work: including dash lights, fuel lights, meters, odemeters, speedometers, etc.
- Rad retro interior look with orange lights and panel
- 5 speed, gears for the most part shift well
- handles well high speed
- Good mileage,
- Starts right up, on and off idles well
-Speakers all wired up and works, I have a new fancy stereo you could take (brand new 200$)
Cons:
- Carb could use a rebuild (easy fun at home job or 100-300 at shop), it will sometimes start to die when idling unless you're gassing it. But seems to be at random times (sometimes I start it cold and drive for 30 minutes and it doesn't once do it, other times it does the first few minutes, sometimes it will for a whole drive). Also will lag sometimes on acceleration. The fuel pump is kinda dirty so it might just be that. Meant to replace it.
- Small dent on one side (2-3 inch diameter)
- rear Brakes could use replacing within 10-20k miles
