1963 Studebaker Avanti, Supercharged R2, Automatic, 75k Miles

1963 Studebaker Avanti Serial number R3159 Supercharged R2 automatic w/ power windows. 75,819 miles. I bought this recently after it sat in a dry barn for 10 years. It was driven into the barn, the owner got sick and it sat. He was a friend and I remember him driving it and it was a good car. The car was painted about 1973 and though older and having a few blemishes it's not bad and should clean up fine for a driver. If you want a show car you'll need to paint it. The chrome is all good and will polish up nicely. Not of it is rusty or pitted. The only damaged chrome is a dinged up front bumper (shown in one of the photos)The interior is not torn up, the seats have very little wear showing and have no tears or split seams. The carpet was replaced once and it in fine shape with no tears or holes. It has a good solid frame and hog troughs with no rot and not scaly. The engine turns over on the starter but I haven't had time to try it get it running yet. I wanted to clean the fuel system firstNow circumstances force me to sell it. The driver's door has an upper hinge issue which allows the door to sag a bit. It still opens fine and latches when closed.
