This 1961 Studebaker is absolutely rust free. I have owned over 45 of them in the last 40 years and this thing is amazingly rust free as it was shipped to CA when new til 2006. Was restored in 2007 in Bristol Indiana. It's a 3/4 ton which makes it 1 of 359 for the US market that year. Beautiful Blue Metallic paint! All new glass and weather seals. Some time in its life it received a new power plant a rebuilt 1971 350 Chevy with a RV cam and a edelbrock carb and chrome dress up. Transmission has always been an automatic but that also has been updated to a GM TH 400 with a gear vendors OD unit. The rear end is also updated to a Ford Van unit with a 4.10 ratio, But the gear vendors OD unit makes it 3.00 ratio. Cruise all day at 60+ with no problems! New carpet and headliner and door panels. Autometer gauges and clock. Note the speedometer sometimes stops working, I have it narrowed down to the speedometer head, but have not sent it back to Autometer to get it fixed! All the wiring is new. Radio is new from SI it's AM/FM cassette with 4 speakers. Newer BFG tires and front end alignment drives nice and easy to steer. Has a Reese hitch and dual exhaust with glass packs. Fuel tank is now located in the tool box of the bed with extra storage for other items. The windshield wipers do not work and I have not taken time to fix them as I only drive it in nice weather. Viewing and inspections are welcome with appointment!
