1964 studebaker avanti

1964 R-2 round headlight Avanti. Car has been completely rebuilt with body off of frame. The very little rust that was found has been repaired or parts replaced. Frame and body cavity's were treated. Frame sandblasted and epoxy painted. Torque boxes had very small amount of rust that was repaired and undercoated. All chassis elements, bushings, bearings, shocks, etc., rebuilt or replaced as needed. New front springs. All brakes are new with upgraded late model disc conversion (Turner) on front. Stops straight and true from any speed. Five new Toyo radial tires. Engine disassembled and rebuilt to standard sizes, and holds 60psi oil pressure at operating temperature and runs cool. Transmission rebuilt. Starts, runs, drives and shifts perfectly, and runs very strong. Interior was recently replaced. All weatherstrip and seals are new. Paint is about one year old and looks good. The original color paint was applied with all glass and interior removed. Any stress cracks or checks were repaired properly, not just filled. There are a few small chips since that have been touched up. All instruments work well except clock which stopped recently, and AM radio is static only. Speedometer was recently replaced with a reman unit and reads only about 300 miles. All other gages, windows, latches, lamps, switches and so on work as they should. Glass is all original and is good with no cracks or chips. All of the stainless trim is in good condition with only a few small dings. Bumpers were recently re chromed. The car is driven often, so the miles do change.
