Car description

I had this car refurbished in 2007 for my restaurant Studebakers inPennsylvania it has been parked in front and only driven for parades and to be parked for winter since then but i just sold the restaurant so it has to go. It starts right up and transmission is smooth but the brakes no longer work (hydrovac is not working). I spent over $15,000 on refurbish(reciepts shown in pics) here is a partial list of items replaced; engine rebuilt, nterior and exterior of car painted, nbsp;reupholstered, ater pump, ower steering incl. hoses, elt & hoses, nbsp;brakes, otors, alipers, brakes lines, iper motor, rebuilt carb, ew tires, ew trim and emblems(some rechromed). and a bunch more. Here is a list of problems i currently see; clear coat has peeled and rust has started in several places needs to dbe repainted again,, he tires have started to dry, he hydrovac needs to be replaced/ rebuilt ( I have 2 of them). The headliner was damaged when at mechanics getting the brakes checked(he left the window open and something put a hole in it). The passenger dash pad has cracked, he interior needs a good cleaning, nbsp;the front grill has started to rust. this car is SOLD AS IS please come to restaurant and inspect the car we can drive it in parking lot but not on the road until the brakes are fixed. Be Happy to answer any questions I can.

Update I have pulled it from the front of the restaurant and ran it around the parking lot and the brakes seem to be working with right side front sticking a little it feels like probably the calipers a little sticky after being parked. I also inspected underneath the car and the transmission cross member will need to be replaced as it has started to rust. there are no holes in floor board i can see and no holes through body work. I also added some new pictures
