A top notch conversion over to a GM powertrain this automobile has the late model "factory look" Chevrolet 305 cubic inch engine with electronic ignition and serpentine front accessory belt system. GM 4 speed overdrive transmission with correct Dana rear end. The list of standard features on this car rivals cars that are 15 years newer. Upgraded Front & Rear Disk Brakes, added Factory Roll Bar and Front and Rear Stabilizer Bars. The Avanti has been described as "one of the more significant milestone cars of the postwar industry". Concours quality paint finished in Avanti Turquoise with beautifully restored chrome trim and bumpers, he fit and finish is a hands down "10".Correct 15" wheels with radial tires and correct factory finish wheel covers. The Interior has been restored in two tone Fawn / Elk leather hides and is gorgeous, ll inside chrome trim is factory fresh.
