This car has been well loved and well cared for (nearly all repair receipts included from both myself and previous owner tracking back as far as 1998). This is a great manual shift Saab 900 with the SPG upgrade trim kit and engine improvements, and of course, the aero wheels. This car was the top of the line in '88 with leather, power moonroof, power locks + windows, heated seats, etc. The cd player is no longer the factory installed version (replaced with upgraded bose unit and speakers in 2011), but everything else is vintage Saab. This was an everyday car until our baby arrived in 2016; while we would like to garage and restore it, we do not currently have the ability to do so. I'm hoping some other Saab lover will see the potential in this car and adopt it as their project car so that it might go on to run for years to come. The car is aesthetically sound with original dash + upholstery in good condition (cracked drivers' seat leather, bubbles in glove box cover and age-appropriate cracks in the dash). It has been garaged for 9 of the 15 years I've owned it, and the outside looks better than its age (some rust on the bottom inside of drivers' side door and the clear coat is just beginning to fail on the hood leading edge). Mechanically, the car is sound but does have a few issues: The driver's side power window motor relay needs to be replaced. We believe the fuel pump to be failing as it doesn't reliably start on an incline these days, and the a/c is no longer reliable but is repairable and was replaced several years ago to meet current standards. 212,000 miles.
