~1975 Rolls Royce Long Wheel Base~
It'swith a heavy heart that I must sell my parents Rolls Royce. This beauty has been in our family for many many years. My father collected classic cars and exotic cars. This car along with the the many others were always kept in the heated andair-conditioned FIVE car garage. My father is not a mechanic so all of the work and repairs were doneprofessionally(no Saturday garage tune-ups here)
The car is in superb shape. The paint must have been done prior to my parents ownership as it looks the same as when it was purchased. Im sure that the top was replaced as well. Other then that the entirebrake system had to be rebuilt which we did (the $6k dreaded brake job) its done and will provide many years of safe stopping power. Also please note the NY State inspection, NY is one tough state onsafety and inspections and this one passed with with ease.
There were other repairs that my father had done and I will get that information up and posted as soon as I can
As you can see the tires are brand new and the hub caps are true and proper for this car, The interior is all black with the classic wooden dashboard. The car is a non smoking car. The chrome is nice and straight and the engine purrs like it should. This is an unmolested car all glass is perfect and of course the grill and hood emblem are just beautiful.
This is among the last of the Silver Shadow Long Wheel Bases ("LWB") series. It can be confidently said that the 1975-76 year manufactured Silver Shadows were the best of the series as they incorporated all of the technological and design enhancements developed over the life of the model (1966-76). Being a LWB it represented the penultimate of the series. Car has theoriginal foot rests, manuals, paperwork on all repairs made and the Rolls Royce Hammer (for those of you who know what this is and what its for)
Again more pictures will follow, car is going to be transported to PA by enclosed trailer. My father rarely drove his fleet of classic's the drives were on specialoccasions. He liked to admire the cars and bring them to car shows.
More info to follow and interior pic's will be added ASAP (date of this post is 7-17-19)Vin number is under the NY Inspection (pic #8)
Two other cars will be listed as well,
1997 Mercedes Benz White exterior tan leather E320 w/ 50k original miles (my parents bought it 23 years ago)every time I take it to MB for service themechanics want this car the engine and car were German Made andthis car was driven less then 3k miles per year.
1997 Chevy Blazer (Patriotic SUV custom 9-11/ NYC USA flag painted
