Barn Find 1960 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud II 6.2 V8 Survivor British Project

You are looking at a garage find 1960 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud II. This one was garage stored for years (since 2000) and is from a local estate. The owners have moved which forces the sale of this project vehicle.

It is a project needing a complete restoration and does not run. It is solid and ready to recondition, and has an incredible 39042 miles. It will need minimally tires, carb work, rear brakes (rear drums need replacement and shoes removed on rear due to inability to roll, now rolls), starter, battery and a host of other maintenance and rubber items due to storage for the past 18 years.

This has aftermarket air conditioning, and has the owners manual as shown. It does roll and steer, and the engine is free. Note that we have no idea the condition of the engine or other components as it has not been tested. Electrically, everything we tested works aside from the power windows. We tested the radio, headlights, etc.and they worked. Also note we did carefully prep the motor with Marvel Mystery oil down the cylinders before attempting to turn it over and replaced the spark plugs with new ones.

Cosmetically, it is fairly clean. It was probably painted once years ago, and the paint has various cracking, paint loss, checking, small dings, etc from use and storage. The seats and carpeting are not bad but there is a mildew smell in the vehicle and evidence of past mice. The extra tire is included (new, NOS) but the others do hold air.

This is a project vehicle that is not running and will require a restoration or reconditioning Please review all photos and read the description / auction terms completely prior to bidding.

Any of these should be trailered to their destination until the vehicle is checked over for safety. We are also requiring a bill of sale be signed by the new owner stating this vehicle is being purchased as-is.

All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. We can help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage.
