Completely Original and Very Low Miles 1981 Rolls Royce Silver Spirit

My parents purchased this car new at Roy Carver, nc in Newport Beach, A. It is still in nearly perfect, riginal condition. The paint has never been touched up or repaired and is still shiny and like new. The interior still has the original lambswool floor mats. The leather is all original with some fading, nd needs to be conditioned. The original carpet is in unmarked condition. The wood and all other parts of the dashboard, eadliner, nd glass are in excellent condition. The car has never had any accident or rust/corrosion damage.My Mother drove it as her second car until 2007 and it has just over 50K original miles. It has been in storage at my parents home until just recently. It starts easily and runs well. It is a super clean and original car that has obviously been well maintained and cared for. My Father drove a Silver Spur and always had his car and my Mother's car serviced at the dealer or at JR's Rolls Royce Service in Santa Ana (JR's son Ron has since taken over the business).Since the car has been on the road I have noticed a few things that will need attention:

When I pulled it out of the garage I noticed that the odometer was not functioning. As far as I know it was working fine when my mother stopped driving the car. This will need to be repaired.

The car runs well but should get a full service and oil change.

The air conditioning compressor sounds like it cycles but the blower motor is not working.

The brakes work fine but squeal a little.

The tires are out of date and should be replaced.

The passenger's side mirror has been replaced with a smaller mirror. This should be repaired correctly.

The paint and all trim look great, ut the leather should be conditioned. The lambswool mat on the driver's side needs to be glued.
