1986 Porsche 911 M491 Turbo Look Cabriolet Authentic FTL 491 Option

up for sale is this beautiful 1986 turbo look cabriolet. car is grand prix white with burgundy interior. it was resprayed at some point in the past and looks spectacular. there are just a couple of very small imperfections in the body like a door ding in the passenger door (which you would not even see if i didn't point it out) and one in the front right fender. the top is new and in perfect shape. i have a top cover that i will include which covers the top while it is down. the spoiler rubber is in excellent shape. overall the exterior of this car is very nice. the sticker under the front bonnet does not show the 491 option so i ordered a coa to confirm and it does confirm that indeed this is a 491 car. the wheels are fikse fm5 8.5 & 10 x 17 and are in excellent shape. the burgundy interior is in great shape as well. dash has no cracks at all. seats are good. also comes with a wind buffer to help with turbulence with the top down. the 3.2 engine runs excellent. it starts right up. it has what i believe is a dansk 1 in 2 out stainless muffler which sounds awesome. very throaty. the 915 transmission with lsd shifts great and the clutch is tight. i just completed a valve adjustment and oil change with brad penn 20w50 as well as new kendall 80w90 limited slip gear oil in the transmission. so now the bad: 1) both front and rear bonnet/decklid shocks need to be replaced 2) wipers don't work 3) there is no radio or speakers. new owner will have to put new ones in 4) i would redo the inserts of the front seats to get rid of the 911 turbo embroidery 5) door locks don't work 6) a/c is not working 7) there are 2 small spots of rust as shown in pics. one is right in between the the mounting points of the front control arms and one at the passenger rocker. both are an easy fix otherwise car is rust free 8) previous owner had installed an aftermarket alarm. i unplugged it but all the wiring is still there and would need to be cleaned up. it is not visible but still there i was searching prices on these 491 cabs and see the going price is about $60k. considering the mentioned imperfections as well as non-original wheels i feel an asking price of $46500 obo is fair. clean title. car is located in hollywood, l. personal inspections are welcomed and encouraged.$500 deposit is due within 24 hours and balance due within 7 days of commitment to buy.
