The previous long time owner poured a lot of money into the mechanics of car. It had a complete engine rebuild 4 years ago. The shocks were also over hauled. Everything on it serviced as needed with all factory parts and supporting records from a reputable Porsche mechanic in SoCAL. Car comes with a huge file full of records dating back to the 1990s.
It also includes all original books, tool kit, first aid kit, and front bra.

Things that need attention on the car:The brake light just went on. So I would check that out it probably needs new brake pads. The dash has some cracking on it. After driving the car it does drip a couple drops of oil, which is also another notorious problem for porsche 964s. Although much of the car remains original paint the driver side door was repainted due to a scratch, (I have before photos) the body shop didn't blend the door so its slightly miss colored, its a very easy fix, which I can have done for you if needed.
