Here is a very special 1989 Porsche 911 Targa. Finished with a Velvet Red Metallic exterior and Black leather interior. Driven 75,571 careful miles since new. Options on this 911 Targa include a 5-speed manual transmission, sport steering wheel with elevated hub, shorter gear shift lever, automatic speed control, back shelf speakers, velour carpet in luggage compartment, Kenwood CD player, front and rear spoilers and much more.

This 911 Carrera Targa has been very well cared for and serviced since new and comes with a detailed service file. The 6 cylinder engine is strong and powerful and the 5-speed manual transmission shifts effortlessly through all of the gears. The steering is tight and precise and the brakes feel just great. All of the electronics are working properly as well. This really is a fantastic 911 Targa to drive.

The interior is stunning. The Black leather seats are in remarkable condition (see pictures) showing just minimal wear to the seats. The dashboard is like new and even the carpets don't look or feel like they have been stepped on thanks to the floor mats that have been protecting them.

The exterior is what really sets this particular 1989 911 Targa apart from the rest. The rare Velvet Red Metallic paint is in fantastic condition (see pictures) with no major dents or dings anywhere at all. The paint is bright and shiny with plenty of luster. Add the optional front and rear spoilers and 16 inch Fuchs wheels mounted on great tires and this 911 Targa really does look special.

The 1989 Porsche 911 Targa really is the ultimate collectible air cooled Porsche. It has timeless looks and performance, a Targa top for open air fun along with all of Porsche's legendary safety and reliability. The only real "apologies" to this 911 Targa are a bit of paint clear fade (see pictures) and few typical nicks and chips that are to be expected on any used car.
