Car description

I have decided it is time to sell my 1970 Porsche 911T. I have owned this car for 14 years. I bought it to restore. It was not running when I got and it needed a lot of work. I rebuilt the carbs, replaced the starter, replaced the front suspension pan, and replaced both doors. I painted the car with a single stage urethane paint. That's as far as I got with the car, as jobs and relocation kept interrupting. I retired last year and now realize that I still don't have the time for it.
The car is a matching number 1970 911T with a 2.2 liter engine and the 901 transmission. The car ran great until a year ago, when it suddenly refused to start. It seems to have an electrical problem of some sort. It also leaks significant amounts of oil, so my next plan was to drop the engine, seal it with new gaskets and seals, and get it timed. The car does have A/C. The previous owner removed the evaporator and controls, but I have them.
The odometer shows 24796, but I assume that it has rolled over.
The seats are Carbeau racing seats. I purchased a set of '76 highback seats to replace them with. Those need to be recovered.
The plan going forward was to drop the engine to take care of those issues, finish the interior (I have all the parts except for the seat covers), wet sand the paint, buff it out, and refinish the BBS wheels.
The car comes with a new Sachs clutch that can be installed, the A/C components, and the '76 seats. In addition, I bought two used exhaust heat exchangers that I was going to swap out with the motor out.
The tires need to be replaced. They have plenty of tread, but have dry rot.
This car gets a lot of attention whenever it is out. With some work, it can be an awesome car.
