1957 Replica 356 Speedster Convertible Kit Car

Replica 356 Speedster, 1957. On a shortened '68 VW pan. Fresh swing arm 4 speed transaxle, with fresh axles and 5 lug Porsche bolt rear disc brakes. Ball joint front beam with 4 lug drums, needs disc conversion. Solid shortened pan that needs some cleaning up but is overall very good. Body is in overall very good shape with nice bright paint. Does have some spider cracking and need crack repaired in front end, trailer loading incident. New correct taillights, good front headlights, new deck lid vent. Has new seats with new covers. Has been wired but needs to be cleaned up. Seems to all Be there. No windshield or frame and no convertible top structure. Since bare kits in gel coat start around 6k (that is body, doors, hood and deck lid only) this is a great deal for someone. Buyer is responsible for shipping and any associated cost but will deliver free of charge within 150 miles of Knoxville TN.
