1987 Porsche Carrera Targa, Sports Seats, 69k miles

I am selling my 1987 Targa. I have owned it since March 2018 and have driven the car approximately 5,000 miles since then. It is garaged every day and only driven on some weekends.
I have a book from the previous owner full of maintenance records and other information as well, including my maintenance records, which will all go to the new owner. Some of the maintenance/updates I have had completed while owning the car are as follows (I can go in more detail with whoever is interested on all items): Oil/filter change, air filter changed, steering wheel updated to Momo Mod 7 (custom red accents were done instead of the default yellow to go with the exterior color, the original wheel is also included with sale), all new tires (BF Goodrich G-Force Sport Comp 2s), new DME Relay (new spare relay and fuses are included with sale as well), new front speakers, tune-up (spark plugs, plug wires, ignition rotor, distributor cap, fuel pump, fuel filter), new battery, steering rack spacers to help eliminate any bump steer as the car is lowered (alignment was done as well after this), transmission fluid, front strut brace and harness bar to help improve handling when the roof is off, and new AC blower motor and recharge. Additionally, I bought a new targa top from Dan at Cars Inc. (for those who don't know him, he is a Porsche targa guru and works with Singer on some of their builds).
The car needs nothing currently. I always get compliments on the condition of the car wherever I go (I know many people say this about the car they are selling but believe me, you will receive compliments at the first stop light you get to after you drive it away from me). Last year, I had it professionally detailed (compound, polish, wax) and the leather treated to freshen it up.
