Please read this listing in it's entirety. This is a street legal race car. It is a 1970 911S Targa that has been highly modified. The engine is based on a 2.7 7R case. It has modified cylinder heads, modified Weber carbs, JE pistons (10.75 to 1 compression), 906 cams, Carrera chain tensioners and a stainless steel dual outlet muffler. It has adjustable sway bars front and rear, 930 Turbo front brakes, stock rear brakes, in cockpit driver adjustable brake proportioning, Bilstein front struts and Bilstein rear shocks, 7X16 front wheels, 9X16 rear wheels, The car also has RSR steel flares front and rear, a full roll cage, Recaro seats, and five point Simpson harness on both seats. The front cooler is plumbed with Aeroquip hoses. The transmission in the car has short gears. Included as pictured is a transmission with long gears, two extra axles, an assortment of clutches, and a rear duck tail spoiler. The paint is good race car quality but does have some blemishes. Due to the nature of the car, it is being sold as is, as shown. No guarantees or warranty of any kind. The car is located in Berwick, Maine, 70 miles north of Boston. You are encouraged to come and inspect the car before the end of the auction. Due to the age of the car, there is no title. It is being sold with a state registration and a bill of sale. If this is a problem where you reside, please do not bid on it. A $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of the close of the auction. The deposit and only the deposit may be made through PayPal. The balance is due within seven days of the close of the auction.
