Porsche P133 Super Diesel Schlepper Tractor with Pippin bucket & backhoe
If you are looking at this you are looking at one of the more rare Porsche models. This classic Porsche generates 38 horsepower from it's 2467cc, air cooled (it is a true Porsche after all), 3 cylinder diesel engine and transfers power to a 5 speed manual gearbox.
I have the original (rear exit) exhaust (as shown in the picture of the restored example), badges, trim and a bin full of miscellaneous spare parts.
This machine is fully functional and is ready to work, however it will need a little TLC at some point in the future. Some of the things to keep in mind as weekend projects are:
-One of the outriggers loses pressure and will very slowly droop (it will come down about half way if left overnight, this is remedied by hooking the attached chain to it when not in use.
-The brakes function, but will need adjustment.
-The main seal has a small "droolâ€, the leak is so small that a rag at the top of the case is enough to keep things tidy on the ground beneath.
- obviously paint
While the tractor requires some minor tinkering and cosmetics, you are bidding on a complete, operational piece of Porsche history. Many times these machines are either sold as restored examples fetching ridiculously high prices or sold as an incomplete collection of parts, which requires significant effort and expense to amass. This is a great candidate for a mild restoration as this P133 is not rotted out beyond recognition.
The bucket and backhoe properly function.
For logistics purposes, I am willing to remove the implements as this tractor weighs just under 4900 in itself and more than twice that with the front bucket, outriggers and backhoe.
