2 Owner 1986 Porsche 944 - 132k plus miles

This vehicle has been sitting in my garage for the last 4 years waiting to be reassembled or reworked. It's time to move it on to someone who has the time to commit to getting it back on the road.
Car history: Previously owned by an oral surgeon who primarily used the vehicle to travel between Baltimore and Ocean city. The vehicle was mechanically well maintained under his ownership. I took ownership through his estate. Neither of us abused the vehicle mechanically.
The throw out bearing gave out and in lieu of repairing I opted to start a complete overhaul. The transmission, fuel tank, torque tube, exhaust are removed as shown in the photos. It would not take much time to have the engine ready to be pulled, or, you could opt to replace the bearing and reassemble. When removing the bell housing the Speed and Reference sensors were stuck and subsequently the cast block that holds the sensors broke. So in addition to the throw out bearing, the sensors as well as the block that holds the sensors would have to be replaced. You can see the block I am referring to in the bell housing photo.
The passenger side door was damaged and I replaced it as seen. The motor to operate the window needs to be installed.
The driver side rear quarter panel rusted out rears ago. I have a replacement section that could be bonded or welded in. (Shown in photo).
The AC blows but does not get cold.
The engine and transmission were functioning properly at the time of disassembly.
The original first aid kit, roadside repair kit, sunroof black storage container are part of this auction.

Also included are some interior panels and the 944 repair manuals shown.
The title is clear and free of any lien.
Free local pick up or any shipping costs at your expense. I would assist with loading.
I will not be parting it out.
