1978 porsche 924 low miles nearly rust free

This is a 1978 Porsche 924 I picked up from a buddy a while back. I intended to get it going for a fun track day car. The odometer shows 48705 miles and from what I can tell, that is probably correct. The engine cranks and runs but has a fuel leak that prevents it from being driven. The transmission seems to be great from what little I have drove it. It has been repainted at some point and stored inside for years. The seats are in excellent condition for 1978 along with the dash and console. Part of the interior has been disassembled and needs some work to be put back to excellent condition.
The car has very little rust in it. There is a small spot on the hood where the paint is messed up (see pictures). Also another small spot by the headlight. There may be more spots but they are very minor.
This would make a great driver with some time and effort.
