This is my 1969 Porsche 912 911R project build. I started this a few months ago but another project has come my way so i'm offering this up here. Its a 1969 912 that has has a full 911S conversion. It has the 2.2Sengine( valuable on its own)/oil system with front mount cooler, it has S brakes and front and rear sway bars. It also has a 915 transmission. I installed fiberglass hood/fenders,doors(with talbot mirror) and bumpers. I got the good lids with the latches that close like stock as i don't care for the rubber straps and no latches type. I also got the good rear bumper with proper mounts like stock. I sourced these super cool and unusual widened steel wheels and fitted new pirelli p6 tires. I installed some aftermarket sport recaro type seats. The car was last driven 20 years ago. Unfortunately the owner stored it with the plugs out and the engine now does not turn. It rolls and steers fine. Its a project that needs paint(although i kind of like the race look it has now) and mechanical refresh. The underside has no major rust. Its has a new front pan installed but still needs some finish welding and a few small repairs. Good winter project.
