991 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 Cabriolet Excellent Service History 70,400 Miles Guards Red / Tan Leather VIDEO WITH LISTING CONSIGNMENT SALE VIN: WP0CB2964MS461402 Options: Catalytic converter (C02), cruise control (454), amplifier (494), Alpine CD2 radio (691) We’re selling this beautiful 964 C4 Cab on behalf of a local gentleman who has owned the car since 2010. The car has been his daily driver, and has been subject to fastidious upkeep. Please inquire if interested in the car and we can send a scan of service records; the... car has been serviced almost exclusively by Midwest Performance Cars and the amount of preemptive maintenance is exactly what you like to see. Just about every seal, gasket, o-ring, line, hose, fluid, belt, and switch on the car has been recently replaced, in addition to having had a complete brake service (including calipers), and new Bilsteins. As it sits, this is a very nicely sorted, clean, and ready-to-enjoy 964. This 4 owner car was sold new in Minneapolis before being sold to Vermont in 1996, then to Highland Park, Illinois in 2004. At this time, when the car came to Illinois, it had 29,900 miles on the clock. The car remained in Highland Park until 2010, when it was purchased by the current owner in Chicago. We have an AutoCheck report available for any interested parties (report is clear and well documented). Exterior: - Please see the video along with the listing, as the car is shown in detail. Every blemish on the car is shown close-up. There are a few minor blemishes, the stuff that is to be expected on a car that has been driven routinely for the last eight years. Light scuffs on the underside of the front bumper, a couple door dings in the passenger door, and a little bit of touch-up paint. - Guards red is always a great color on these cars. Paint on this car presents extremely well. The front bumper, fenders, and hood were repainted in 2014 to correct a handful of scuffs and scratches from driving in the city, and the work was done professionally. The finish appears as-factory. - Glass and light lenses are all clear and crack-free. - Black convertible top is in like-new condition. - Wheels are in excellent shape, having been refinished in 2014. Continental tires were new in 2012 and remain in good condition with quite a bit of tread. Interior: - Tan leather interior is in excellent shape. No major scuffs or damage. Please defer to the photos and video. Seats are extremely comfortable and supportive. Dash looks like new. The only real sign of age in the interior is the floormats; the original carpeting underneath is very nice. - 70,400 miles on the odometer is functional and accurate and the condition of the interior is consistent with that. All other gauges are functional including the analog clock. - Original Alpine head unit was replaced with a Blaupunkt San Francisco, which looks right at home in this car. Radio is functional, sounds great. - Fan and heat are functional, air conditioning does not blow cold. - All lights inside and out are functional. - Convertible top is powered and works properly. Under the Hood / Underbody: - This car is in very nice mechanical order. Truly no tendencies of any concern whatsoever. It has been maintained religiously over the course of the current owner’s 8 years of ownership, and the car will come with nearly $30k of receipts. In addition to the receipts, the car will also come with the original manuals and warranty booklet, which is stamped through 2003 (26,900 miles). - Please see the photos of the underbody, as it’s documented in detail. Underbody looks quite good, and is in better-than-expected condition for a car with a history in Minnesota, Vermont, and Illinois. Rust is very much superficial, with surface rust on bolt heads and some non-structural components.
