1977 Porsche 911 Alpine white. 70. 00 miles. Clean title. This vehicle was a project car. The previous owner replaced the original 2. 7 engine with a 3. 0 from a 1983. I never encountered a problem with the engine- it runs smooth and accelerates very quickly. The car was made to look like the turbo model with its wide body. The tail wing is from a 1996 Porsche RS. Nice aftermarket wheels. The car runs very well. There are no fluid leaks. Transmission is a 5 speed (915) Rebuilt in 2005 or 2006. High performance clutch was replaced when the transmission was. Clutch is stiff. It’s a full header back system. 18" BBS wheels with Pirelli Pzero tires. Tires replaced 5000 miles ago. Around 90% tread left. Slight cracking on the tire side walls. but my mechanic says this is just due to the age of the tires and poses no concern. The fender extensions were added on by the previous owner and they did a good job. They are fiberglass with the original steel still underneath. When tested with a magnet. we found that the body of the car from the center line of the wheel up is all steel. The only fiberglass is the rocker panels under the door and halfway up the fenders. In the last 12 months. the following was replaced: New power sunroof. both wiper motors replaced. new alternator and battery. cd player with door speakers replaced. drivers and passenger power window motors. various light bulbs- all the lights work. Interior is in good condition and was reupholstered in 2006. No AC or heat. Exterior was painted 2006 ish. Paint is 8. 5 out of 10. No peeling. dings or dents. In a couple of areas. there is small bubbling/rusting under the paint job. the size of a dime. The car has almost always been kept in a garage. In full disclosure. here are some issues: (i) around 80-90 mph. there is slight vibration in the steering wheel. My mechanic says wheel alignment should fix this. (ii) the rear sway bar was removed. My mechanic says this is not an issue. (iii) there is a bare wire/s near the battery (see pic)- likely left from when the engine and other components were replaced. Not sure what it's for but has not posed any issue. Cash. wire transfer or cashier's check will be accepted for payment. Full payment must be made to complete the sale. Buyer is responsible for shipment.
