Here we have a 1959 356A Coupe project that could probably tell some stories. Chassis #105084. engine #72478. It looks like this car was somebody's track rat due to the bruises it must have received over the years. the most noticeable being a hard hit at some point on the passenger side. Restoration of this car has begun with lots of new metal including back seat area and battery box. While the work has been started. almost all of it needs finishing and may or may not be up to your standards depending on what direction you go with the car. The quality of the work done was definitely aimed at function over fashion. probably more focused on getting the car back on the track than winning a concours event. Imagine if you will a very ambitious guy in his garage armed with a MIG welder. cutting out troublesome sections of rust and replacing them as he goes along. There is also lots of body filler present on the car. With 356A projects becoming fewer and farther between. it's not often you see an opportunity for a ground up restoration. Everything included with the car is pictured. Please look at all the photos and you will get a good idea about the car. Don't miss out. I am a 356 and Early 911S Registry member with an eBay Feedback Rating of 100%. so bid with confidence. Please ask any and all questions. they will be answered quickly and honestly.
