1987 Porsche 911 G50 PPI Inspection Done, Rust Free Runs excellent!!

1987 Porsche 911 Sunroof Coupe, matching #'s 3.2 motor, G50 5 speed, 112K miles runs like a dream, clean Carfax, clean California title, registered and smogged, ready to drive anywhere, super strong car, performs flawlessly, one repaint the original Black, couple minor flaws, some cracking of paint on left rear quarter minor rock chips still has all the factory stickers in the door jambs and under the hood, brand new Michelin Pilot Sport tires on 16 inch blacked out Fuchs, zero rust or accidents, original interior is super nice, no cracks in dash, wired in battery tender, has original spare tire, jack, tool kit, original books and owners manuals, clean Carfax with tons of records, long term owner, drive it home anywhere in the US!

compression test:
Cyl#1 165 Leak down 20%
Cyl#2 160 Leak down 19%
Cyl#3 158 Leak down 20%
Cyl#4 160 Leak down 22%
Cyl#5 165 Leak down 18%
Cyl#6 160 Leak down 20%
Findings:
front and rear brake rotors needed in near future, brake pads ok
tachometer in op
left lower valve cover very small leak
brake fluid flush
belt cracking
no A/C or defrost blowers, could just be a fuse
no wiper sprayers,
odometer not working, approximately 5000 miles since stopped, speedometer works
no air pump for spare
missing 1 fog light
1 brake light out, 1 back up light out
Remarks: Excellent running driving Porsche!
