We are very proud to offer this stunning 1989 Porsche 911 Carrera Convertible 3.2L Flat Six Cylinder Grand Prix White exterior and dark blue interior and top. Odometer currently reads 74047 miles. This vehicle went through some cosmetic and mechanical uplift since in our possession. When this Porsche came it was a strong running car and seemed to have been pretty well kept up but needed a little help to look, drive, stop and operate at its fullest potential like it does now.
Here is a list of recent improvements:
- Complete brake job; all new pads and rotors, sensors and fluid flush. All OEM from Northside Imports a German Parts supplier.
- New oil and oil filter from Porsche
- New air filter from Porsche
- New glass on each side mirror from Porsche
- Two new high pressure oil lines (see pictures) from Pelican Parts
- Both front Bumper Bellows from Pelican Parts
- One rear Bumper Strip Pad (right corner) from Pelican Parts
- Driver side Door Seal, Passenger side is in good condition but the seal will be included with the sale from Pelican Parts.
- Front and Rear Hood and trunk shocks from Stoddard Parts
- Steering wheel re-stitched by a local upholstery shop.
This Porsche 911 Cabriolet looks amazing and receives many thumbs up sitting in our showroom.
The body shows beautifully with very glossy paint, no fading anywhere and very straight all the way around! Good looking Fuchs wheels and Good Year Eagle GT tires. Power Convertible Top works properly.
Interior appears to be all original and shows just the perfect amount of wear on the seats and steering wheel, very minimal and very consistent to the age and the mileage of the vehicle. No sign of smoking in the car ever! All dashboard gages and other accessories are in working order. Under the hood compartment looks, carpeting fits nicely, jack stand and tools are present. Fresh battery was also put in during the above mentioned maintenance.
Mechanically this Porsche 911 shines like a star! No leaks, strong clutch, starts without hesitation. Idles beautifully and roars so nice you will never want to touch the radio. The suspension is solid and car handles like the day it left the factory.
This car will impress even the most difficult critics, but I am sure it could use some touches to be a trailer queen, however I really hope this beauty goes to a good home of a driver looking for that incomparable and most incredible driving experience that only a Porsche can deliver!
