Hello! I'm selling my Porsche. My Porsche needs some TLC. and I do not have the monetary funds to provide my Porsche with all the TLC that it requires. Poor little Porsche. So. Porsche needs quite a few things. Some inexpensive. some not. I can provide you very good websites to find Porsche parts. at a cheap price too. The car gets around an average of 25mpg. This is a small car capable of a lot of power. I bought the car for my first car in Sept 2013. This is my first car. I'm 19 years old. Smoke free car. You will have to pick up the car. I cannot drive it. It has an overheating issue. and it may need to be transferred by trailer. Around 148k miles. Currently not being driven anymore. So here's all the work I've done to the car since I bought it Sept of 2013. -New Alternator and Serpentine belt. -New Radio. and new speakers in the front of the car. The rear speakers are a pain in the ass to replace. -New radiator-New water pump (By a professional. )-New thermostat in water pump-New timing belt-New hosing for the cooling system-Head Gasket replaced July 2014. (By a professional. )-New Headlamps-New passenger side door handle and latching mechanism. -New drivers side door handle. Both door handles both in the winter of 2014. -New tires and battery 1/16/2015-Alignment done when tires put on. -There was also a new clutch put in before I bought car. Now these are things that the Porsche needs. -There is a power steering leak somewhere under the engine on the passenger side from what the guys at Belle Tire told me. I'm not sure if it is either that. or oil. -Cooling fans for Radiator $50-100-There are a lot of dents on the car. and a couple areas where you could get a DIY fiberglass repair kit and fix it. I don't trust myself to do this. -The car is having a random overheating issue. and it can't possibly be the freakin head gasket because I had that fixed. I think it could be the issue with the cooling fans. There is a coolant leak somewhere. and only one cooling fan comes on. The car does not go into the red temp area on the thermostat. It just sit's right behind it. tormenting you like it might move into the area. giving you an anxiety attack. -Needs a paint job. Sun bleached hood. little rust spots. and pinhole dents. -I know you see that turbo scoop but alas. there is no turbo. Get some turbo. Porsche wants some. -The timing belt needs a new cover. The one on there is all cracked. and you can hear the timing belt slapping against it. $10-The interior is pretty well kept. there are some tears on the seats. one large one on the passenger side seat. but other than that. pretty nice. -The headlamps work. but they will go halfway down. I'm not sure why. They are obnoxious. I just twist the emergency knob to put them up. I will try to fix this. There is also a cool guide I found where you can make GT headlights. Google "Porsche 944 GT". They look super cool and it completely eliminates the pop-up headlights. It would only cost about $100 to do. A fun little Saturday project. -Needs a new control arm bushing on the passenger side. $12IN CONCLUSION:This car has a lot of potential to run even better than it is running. Because it is running very well even with all of it's issues. I don't have the money to fix all of these issues. so I need this car off my hands and into the hands of someone who will love and care for it the way I cannot. It could be driven if you put coolant in it before every drive. But if you're coming from a distance I'd bring a trailer to put it on. That is your safest bet.
