Car description |
---|
I am the 3rdowner of this magnificent driving machine. She was babied in Fresno for 15 years by her prior 2 owners; I purchased the car in 2004 with 54k miles…been garaged in Texas ever since (never driven in poor weather) andnow has just under 86k miles. I have ALL maintenance history and records-there have been no major issues at all; not a drip of oil on the garage floor or whiff of smoke ever coming from the tailpipe. New leather seats (matching the original tan) in 2013, new stereo/speakers in 2015 (I kept the original working Blaupunkt head unit if you’re a purist!), and state of the art radar system. 6 Cylinder, 2.3L 215HP engine. Power windows, mirrors, cabriolet top work great-heat like a blast furnace when you have the top down in winter and A/C works fine if you’re foolish and not inclined to lay the top down in good weather.
While not in ‘Concours’ condition, it’s close. Certainly I defy anyone to find an original Guards Red 911 model in better condition. Starting Price is $62,387, which is below ‘Concours’ valuation, above ‘Excellent’, and the exact sticker price the original owner paid because this is a Porsche that like a fine wine has aged perfectly.
