Treat yourself to the ultimate Christmas present! You're viewing my strong running and driving 1977 "ROW" (Rest of World) Porsche 911 Targa that originally came from Japan (rarer, igher hp than US models, peedo in Km's (odometer reads 167k kilometers which translates to roughly 104k miles...title reads 144k but that was kilometers not miles which would translate to around 89k), maller Euro rear bumperettes). My car is extremely solid with no underside rust. Very solid floors, an and longitudinals! There are a few tiny bubbles where it looks like the paint shrunk around the targa bar/window trim and one tiny spot at passenger door opening but none are thru the metal (see pics). Original numbers matching engine *6370839* and tranny. Garaged most of its life. Original Fuchs rims with good tires/tread. Space saver spare up front. Nice interior with very little wear on the front seats. The car will look fantastic with a little detailing. Rear seats and parcel shelf are good as well as the original door panels. Carpet is also in good condition. Nice clean dash with no cracks. Later model Blaupunkt CD player. Targa top should be restored but is functional as is.I recently had the engine gone through ($1,558 bill...repaired fuel pump, gnition box, leaned gas tank, istributor) at my local Porsche specialist and it's running VERY strong! The engine does not drip oil on the ground after driving that I've noticed. Motor does not smoke and fires right up with turn of the key. The car drives well and pulls strong! Clutch is good and the synchros overall are fine. The car could benefit from an alignment/tire balance but it still tracks pretty straight. The right rear brake caliper just started hanging up today (12/16) as I was driving around town and needs addressed (easy fix, just don't have time to fool with it).Paint is an older respray and looks good from 5' but is not "show car" perfect and is "driver quality" with some slight imperfections that come with driving/age. Very presentable as is or you could re-spray to look flawless. The car looks great and gets a lot of attention! You can quite simply enjoy it like it is or restore it to the next level. I am a private collector, ot a dealer. I am thinning out my collection of sports cars due to a move/lack of room. I will gladly sell oversees, nd I am only about 3 hours from the Port of Charleston for export. $500 deposit thru Paypal due immediately following auction and entire remaining balance paid within 3 business days after auction via bank wire. No exceptions. Car is listed elsewhere so auction can end at any time. Feel free to make an offer to end early. Don't wait until the end of the auction and miss it or be outbid! Thanks for looking and happy bidding!
