THIS VEHICLE IS SOLD AS IS, T DOES NOT RUN NOR DO WE KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT.  IT IS CLEARLY A PROJECT CAR.  INSPECTIONS ARE WELCOME AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SO THAT YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BUYING PRIOR TO BIDDING.  IT IS ABVIOUSLY A CAR THAT NEEDS LOTS OF TLC WITH HUGE POTENTIAL.  CARFAX REPORT STATES ONE OWNER, O ACCIDENTS REPORTED.  IT IS CLEARLY A VEHICLE THAT HAS BEEN SITTING FOR A WHILE AND IS IN NEED OF MUCH REPAIR.

$189.00 Non-fundable administrative fee is due within 24 hours after winning auction. This is not a deposit, t is in addition to the winning bid.

Total winning bid amount is due within 7 days via bank to bank transfer or Cash depending on amount.

All vehicles must be picked up within 10 days of Auction conclusion and clear payment received. $250 storage fee will apply if not picked up within 10 days. Full payment is due within 7 days of auction conclusion. 

Local pickup only by the buyer or motor carrier arranged by the buyer, we are not capable of moving vehicle or any other assets to another location.  All questions should be directed to the court appointed sales agent via eBay or call 954.533.3127. All "0" feedback buyers need to contact us prior to end of auction. We reserve the right to cancel all "0" bidder offers.  There is no "Buy It Now" price as asset must run full auction terms. All motor vehicles will convey with clear title unless otherwise specified.
