If you read the car check report, you will see it failed the last safety inspection, that is not true. New York changed the law for limos. All limos in NY, must have a sticker on the door stating that the car passed all federal transportation laws at the time of being built. This was not a law in 1986 so there was no sticker. This basically caused all old limos off the roads in New York. I wrote a letter to Armbruster Stageway asking if they could make me a sticker that would make New York Happy. They did. You will see in the photos, a picture of the front door with a grey new sticker under the two original body tags. This resolved the problem. You can see in the photo of all three doors open that the sticker was not present. That photo was taken this summer. I just got the new sticker from Armbruster. Its snowing now and I will have to wait to get it re-inspected. I don't drive it in winter. Also if interested I can send photos of it before I painted it. It had no rust or damage at all. Just really faded grey paint. It was the original paint.
