HOW IS THE PAINT? I consider it nice, its a ginger metallic lower and dark charcoal upper. I see no dent, no dings, no rust bubbles and the car look straight to my eye down the sides. It is a modern base coat with clear over the top. You could buff and polish more to get a few dust specs out, but it looks real good as is.
HOW IS THE INTERIOR? New, seat covers, new carpet, new door panels, new dash cap, new package tray, new head liner with very minor wrinkles.
HOW IS THE BODY RUST WISE? I consider it real good, all the panels look original to me, frame solid and mount look good.
HOW IS THE ENGINE? Non original, it now a 1973 400 cubic inch bored .030 over with less than 200 miles. Its runs good, it does have a nice looping cam and big $750 Holley carburetor.
HOW IS THE TRANSMISSION? Its a fresh rebuild on a Turbo 350 automatic. It has a 3000RPM stall convertor, this helps if you add AC.
HOW IS THE EXHAUST? Really good sounding dual exhaust, it also has 200 miles with Flow Master series 40 mufflers.
HOW DOES THE CAR DRIVE? Very good, it is power steering with a new rebuilt steering box.
HOW ARE THE BRAKES? They are power, drums all around, they stop good. Past owner bought a front disc conversion that comes with the car.
HOW IS THE CHROME? Bumpers look new, grill new, tail light bezels great, door handles good, the only real thing I see on the chrome is a couple of small dings on the passenger side window trim on the bottom ( I posted a picture of it ),
HOW ARE THE TIRES AND WHELLS? New Copper Cobra tires, 215/65/15 on front and 235/60/15 on the rear. The wheels are nice and made by Riddler.
DOES THE AC WORK? No, past owner was going to put a Vintage Air conversion on it, that would be the smart thing to do.
WHAT IS THE HISTORY? We bought it from a man in Knoxville, Tennessee. He was building it to keep, when his wife had a stroke he decided to sell. He did have 3 other very nice vehicles, 2 first generation Camaros and a square body black Chevrolet pickup.
CLEAR AND CLEAN TENNESSEE TITLE IN HAND!
WHERE IS THE CAR LOCATED?Athens, Tennessee 37303.
