This 1980 Pontiac Bonneville was purchased new by my grandfather (age 65) in Nebraska City. This was the good car that sat in the garage and truck was primary around the farm and for running errands. Grandpa died in 1990 and grandma never drove. It mainly sat under blankets in garage. We would get it out to wash and wax it twice a year. Various family would drive grandma around in it on occasion. I purchased off the estate around 2007 and have pretty much just kept it stored and drive now and then to keep functional. Got it out last weekend to wash and take for a drive (put about 40 miles) and have decided time to let someone else enjoy this automotive history. The bad is ac needs recharged, heater core is bypassed due to leak (have a new one), some rock chips, the fender filler pieces are both broken, and picture of passenger side with paint scrap and little rust spot from 80's. Battery is newer, tires one year old, antifreeze changed couple of years ago. Drives great and straight. Brakes work fine. It's a 30000 mile car and rides like it.No reserve so bid to own. Please don't bid if don't intend to follow through. Prefer cash. Vehicle doesn't leave property until paid in full. Can assist with shipping but is buyers responsibility. No warranty but I don[t know of any reason why couldn't drive anywhere. Need $500 deposit within 48 hours. Can store for reasonable time after auction.
