Pontiac Catalina station wagon: 400 V8 model with a column shift 3-speed manual transmission, factory a/c, power front bench seat, manual windows and locks, AM radio. Rare. One of only 113 built that year with the column shift 3-speed manual. Original build sheet included. Everything is original but the engine, which is not included in the sale.DAMAGE: Unfortunately, the car was wrecked last month when a drunk driver hit it (don't worry, it was parked and no one was hurt, not even the drunk guy). The floor, firewall and roof buckled, and the frame was bent in the crash (and cracked on the side opposite the impact, but restorers tell me it's fixable. If someone has the time to repair it, this really is a great-riding car, and very unique.NEW PARTS: New front brakes (along with hardware and hoses), front control arm bushings, ball joints, new springs and shocks all around, new radiator, rear shocks, lots of new parts, including rear brakes, axle seals, rear diff cover, a/c components, new fuel tank, etc. Almost all of the trim and emblems have been removed in preparation for paint, so they were saved from damage (all except the body trim strips on the driver door and left front fender. The interior is mint (except for the dash, which was damaged in the crash). The original 400-2V engine (it had high compression heads) was removed by a previous owner, who put in a later 400-4V (it was a low-compression slug, so I removed it). If you want a motor, the one I built for it has less than 400 miles on it ('73 Grand Prix block, '70 #13 heads, 068 cam, 9.1:1 compression, cast iron intake and exhaust manifolds, Quadrajet carburetor). I can sell that separately (I have video of the engine running. It's perfect).
