The quiet, powerful, original 389 Pontiac engine propels this car to whatever speeds you ask of it, with ease, and much power to spare. The transmission shifts smoothly, and quickly. And this Classic Pontiac hugs the road, and drives like a fine, well maintained classic car should. The interior of this car is in outstanding original condition (Note the pedals reflect the original documented 77,737 miles) Only the carpeting has ever been replaced. The car was repainted prior to 1988, in the original color of Cameo Ivory. There is a small crack at the drivers rear roof pillar(see photos)This was typical of the GM full sized coupes for 1962, and 1963. It is very minor, and has not changed in the past 32 years. The body is laser straight, and rust free, and although there have been touch ups of nicks, and scratches over the years, the paint still has a fantastic shine, and looks very nice. The chrome trim is all original, and looks great. The front bumper is flawless, and the rear bumper is also very nice, with some minor pitting along the upper edge. The car is equipped with power brakes and steering, center console with floor shift. Seat belts, bucket seats, Delco AM/FM radio, tachometer, clock, and factory air conditioning. All options are in fine working order, except for the clock, and the a/c not blowing cold air. Please watch the videos, to see this amazing car in action.
