Trans Am Turbo Nascar Pace Car

1981 Pontiac Trans Am Turbo. Being offered is an original, low mileage NASCAR Pace Car with the 301 turbocharged engine. This is 1 of a total of 2,000 built in 1981. The car has just over 49K miles and still wears it's original paint. The car was with it's original female owner until 4-5 years ago and then it passed through 2 classic car dealers before landing in my garage. I consider the car to be in Very Good/Excellent condition especially considering the age. The car definitely does not look like the typical 39 year old car and all of the accessories appear to be working in the appropriate order. Under the hood is extra nice and so is the interior and trunk area. There are a few blemishes in the paint and the bird decal has faded but I have chosen to leave the original decal intact. Easy enough to change if the new owner so desires. There is a 4-5" crack in the windshield but again I chose to leave it alone since the windshield is original to the car. The car has had a basic tune-up and most (if not all) original parts were saved. This is a great, original car that can be enjoyed in numerous ways.
