Offered with NO RESERVE! The first year of the mighty Pontiac 455 V-8, and the last year before emissions standards lowered the compression ratio. This makes for a very powerful ride! It is equipped with a 4-bbl carb, power steering, power brakes, and aftermarket air conditioning. The interior and vinyl top are both absolutely survivor original. The exterior was repainted at some point, but in the original color. The engine was removed and gone through about 1000 miles ago, but it really didn't need it. (receipts are available) The shocks, tires, and ball joints are all new, so it runs, drives, and handles like new.The Turbo-400 automatic transmission is solid and strong. This was purchased from the son of the original owner after the the original purchaser passed away, so it hasn't been through a bunch of hands. Retirement and relocation forces the sale. Buyer is responsible for arranging shipping, and a $500 deposit is required within 24 hours of auction end. Balance must be cleared before vehicle is picked up. Delivery can be arranged within 100 miles if agreed upon with the seller in advance for $1/mi.
