  • 1973 Pontiac Ventura.Matching numbers car.Originally sold new in Cottonwood Arizona.Original build sheet.PHS Documentation.Factory 3 speed floor shift.Power steering{Rebuilt Box},Air Conditioning{rebuilt compressor with R134...not original compressor},Power Brakes[New front and rear brakes including new wheel cylinders and brake hardware kit}.New exhaust including 1970 style GTO Humbler Mufflers with vacuum operated cutouts from Waldron Exhaust Co.New tires.New Black upholstery,Headliner,Dash Pad,Inner door panels,Carpet.New AC control assembly and heater core.Original 350 2 barrel engine with rebuilt carb{Not original but will supply original carb to new owner.New complete tune up including spark plugs,wires,points,condenser etc,New hoses and belts.New fan clutch.NOS fan shroud.Wipers work{Switch is intermittent .sometimes have to move it back and forth a few times.Radio works.New dash lense.New front windshield.New doorweatherstrip and door glass run strip.New hatchback weatherstrip.New inner rearview mirror.New ignition,door and hatch locks.Currently has correct 1973 Ralley II wheels but originally had 14x6 steel wheels and wheel covers.{I will be supplying 5 NOS correct wheel covers and 4 correct 14x6 JJ steelwheels}Also included are a pair of original aluminum rocker moldings{Currently has new rocker moldings for a nova}New heavy duty shocks in front and new coil- overs in back.An original lower baffle{air deflector }is also included that moves air up to the radiator from underneath.The rear bumper and frontbumper guards are NOS.There is also include a new aftermarket trunk mat.The jack and base plate are original.{jack handle is aftermarket}The space saver spare is not original and is there for show only but is included.With the exception of lower rocker moulding,all stainless or aluminum trim mouldingis original.Pontiac crest on side of roof are NOS.All lights are working.Side panel light housings are chrome aftermarkets.{the originals{I have}were painted to match but I felt the chrome was a nicer touch.Also has a new fuel sending unit.Build sheet was found on top of fuel tank.The paint finish could do with some pressional machine polishing compound on the side panelsto get rid of some hazing the painters did not remove.The finish still shows nice against the stainless and chrome.Original color was Cameo white and black vinyl roof and beige interior.Now it is all black inside and triple black base coat and clear coat on the body{sans the vinyl roof}Probably missed listing various new small parts....{theres is always plenty of those}Pictures of the underneath are hard to get but you will see that there is no rust repair needed and it was never undercoated becauseit just was not needed for an Arizona car.I am selling this car because I am a senior citizen and even though the work on it was done in the last year it does not get driven enough for me to keep it.{only put a couple of hundred miles on it.}Also the battery is new......cars cost money just sitting there.If you were to ask me if it could be driven long distance I would not have a clue because I have only taken it on short trips to the store and back.Thank you for your time and please feel free to ask questions....Note my descriptionmentions the other xbody cars because many parts are the same{like the lower baffle I am including}Thank you
