I started collecting parts but I am never going to find time for this. Good rat rod project or parts car. No reserve. This car does not run but you will not find a cheaper 1957 pontiac. The good: decent fenders, no visible rot - they need to be stripped. Original engine (complete long block), transmission and rear end (non-posi). No carb, intake manifold or engine accessories. Good quarters. Frame seems good but no guarantees. Bad: Windshield, passenger windows and both vent windows need to be replaced (cracks or stars but do not leak). Remaining glass is good. Front floors are rotted and need to be replaced. Hood has some pin hole rust (found them after stripping the hood). I was going to get another but you could fix if you really wanted to. Doors and trunklid exterior good but have rot from the inside(overall solid and could be fixed). Needs wiring harness and steering wheel (steering works). No brakes. Missing some front chrome and both front fender spears. All other side trim included. All 4 tires hold air. Lots of other parts missing. I can hold the car for the buyer up to 30 days once paid in full. Checks accepted but must be cleared by my bank before vehicle is released. I will not be available from 8/18 through 8/21 for questions or pick up. Other than those days, questions or pick up can be arranged with buyer anytime. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.
