Runs, drives, shifts, stops. Taillights don't work, probably needs brakes looked at before considered road ready.

400 engine - not numbers matching. The engine is a '68 400 engine.Engine number is 28L135099. Unsure of the history so it might have been a replacement engine from the factory or someone just putting a period correct engine back in?
